Jon was interviewed about our dome building adventure for an article in the New York Times and then a San Francisco TV station KRON4!

One day, I answered my phone and a NYT reporter said he got my contact info from Natural Spaces Domes and asked if he could interview me about domes for a piece he was writing due to the interest in the recent Smithsonian Exhibit.

“Eegads, a reporter!” I thought and said something about my husband being the dome enthusiast of the family and quickly handed the phone to Jon.

An editor at KRON4 in the Bay Area saw the NYT article and called my phone again, wanting to do a video interview, which Jon agreed to do. I think he sounds great- an excellent spokesman for our project and dome homes, in general. Warning, especially to our beloveds who lost their homes: this discusses the CZU fire and shows gratuitous graphic fire footage. Here’s the video.

I think it is pretty rad because a lot of friends and family have found one or the other media on their own and then connected with us. So fun to catch up with our people!
